Sound like you?
I mostly work with three profiles. If you’re not one of them, let’s talk anyway — I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit.
[persona_A]
Founder of a fast-growing SME
Your company does between €1M and €10M in revenue. Your team loses time juggling Excel, Notion, Trello, HubSpot, Drive and Pennylane. It still holds together, but you’re hitting the ceiling — and every extra month deepens the debt. You need one custom tool built for your business that replaces 60% of that patchwork.

Scale-up CTO whose Bubble app is buckling
Your app was built in Bubble in 2022-2024. Today it’s struggling: performance, technical debt, a tech team that refuses to touch it. You need to migrate to Next.js — without breaking production.

[persona_C]
Founder at the pre-MVP stage
You’ve validated your idea, you have a first signed customer or a pre-seed round on the way. You need a solid MVP in 4-6 weeks, not a perfect product in 6 months.

Three ways to work together.
Transparent fixed prices, milestoned deliverables. No hidden day rate, no surprise invoices.
For comparison. An off-the-shelf ERP like Salesforce + add-ons costs €30k–80k a year, recurring. An ERP build with me is a one-shot fixed price, paid once, and the code is yours. Fast break-even, independence for life. Freelance, agency or in-house: the full comparison →

2 to 4 months · fixed price · no service interruption
Is your Bubble app buckling in production? I migrate it to Next.js + Supabase. A method proven on the catering ERP I run in production (a clean cut-over, all users switched in a single step). Feature-for-feature parity guaranteed, with data-model and performance improvements.

Product Diagnostic
€1,500 (excl. VAT)5 days · fixed price
Hesitant about committing €8k or more? First we spend 5 days scoping your project together. You walk away with a clear, costed plan and an honest recommendation — including if the best solution isn’t custom development.
Audit of where you stand today (tools, processes, pain points)
A written functional specification
Costed estimate and realistic timelines
Recommended stack for your case (no-code, code, hybrid)
An honest recommendation: should it be me, or an off-the-shelf player (Odoo, HubSpot, etc.) that already covers 80% of your need?
Guarantee: The cost is 100% deducted from the engagement if we continue together. Otherwise, you walk away with an action plan any other provider can pick up — no lock-in.
Best for
founders validating an idea, founders on the fence, scale-ups wanting an independent audit

Event catering · around 500 projects/year · about twenty peopleActive engagement since March 2025 · ~14 months and counting
Full ERP for an event caterer — from lead to invoicing
A fast-growing SME orchestrating around 500 catering projects a year with about twenty people. At first, operations ran on Excel and Notion — but volume kept climbing, the team grew, and the scattered tools created double entry and missed details.
Before
7 scattered tools, team losing ~30% of its time on manual syncing (team estimate)
After
1 single tool, a trained and self-sufficient team, an architecture that supports scaling to 30+ users
Retirement-advisory firm · 2 advisers + 4 closers · B2B and B2CStarted in the first quarter of 2026
ERP + Client Portal + business AI for a retirement-advisory firm
A retirement-advisory firm with a founder who’s an expert in her field, two advisers, four closers, and both B2B and B2C clients. The goal: consolidate the entire operation (video appointments, assessments, engagement letters, deliverables, payments, signatures) into a single tool — and embed AI at the heart of the work so management doesn’t hit a ceiling as the company grows..
Before
Everything on Bubble (limited performance, paid plugins, a team that couldn’t hire a modern developer)
After
A 4-step guided client portal, an internal ERP for the advisers, automatic generation of deliverables (engagement letters, assessments, presentations)
Health & social care · intellectual disability · B2B2C~2.5 years · October 2022 → early 2025
Soulmate — a digital independence suite for intellectual disability
On hold since 2025 — the learnings reinvested in my current engagements
People with intellectual disabilities (autism, neurodevelopmental and cognitive disorders) and their carers — families and professionals — coordinate daily life on paper: the care home’s handover notebook, a pictogram board, time-and-space cues that aren’t adapted. Information gets lost between the family, the facility and the multi-disciplinary teams..
B2B SaaS · multi-project ticketing · freelancers & product studiosStarted late 2025 / early 2026 as an internal tool
My SaaS Desk — multi-project ticketing with a native Chrome extension
Commercial launch coming soon — already used internally on my ERP engagements
Freelancers and small product teams juggling 3+ clients pay for Linear or Jira per seat and struggle to capture a UX bug: you need a screenshot tool, a ticketing tool, then a manual hand-off. Three tools for a single action..
From the first conversation to go-live — no commitment, no surprises.

Product Diagnostic
€1,500 (excl. VAT) — deducted if we continue
If you want to go further without committing to a full engagement, I spend 5 days on your project: an audit of where you stand today, a functional specification, a costed estimate, a recommended stack, and an honest recommendation on the best path forward (sometimes it isn’t custom development — and I’ll tell you).

Scoping and sign-off
1 to 2 weeks
We refine the scope together in Notion or Jira (your call). You see exactly what the fixed price covers, what it doesn’t, and what each option costs. The quote gets signed on Yousign when you’re ready — not before.
[04]
Build
3 to 6 months depending on scope
You follow progress in real time on Notion / Jira. Weekly check-in. Regular demos. Documentation as we go. 4 payment milestones (30% deposit at kick-off, 30% at mid-project, 30% at delivery, 10% at the end of the warranty).
[05]
Delivery + 6-month bug warranty
Go-live. Team training (3 videos + 1 live session). 6-month bug warranty included. Beyond that: a Care Pack or new features handled case by case.
The legal side: as long as no quote is signed, you’re committed to nothing. Discovery and early conversations are 100% free.
05 · why_me
Why trust me with a five-figure budget.
Why I build. How I build. What I won’t do.
01
Why I do it
To build products that hold real value for the people who use them.
I wanted what I did to mean something. Soulmate was born from the daily life of my younger brother — autistic and intellectually disabled, living in a care home — I wanted my family and the professional carers to have tools worthy of the task, in a health-and-social-care market that offers so few. 2.5 years carrying that product (KEDGE Entrepreneurial School incubation, Déclics Jeunes winner with the Fondation de France) taught me what a real human problem weighs in an under-resourced sector. Today I put that same drive at the service of other entrepreneurs.
02
How I build
You keep the choice and the control. Always.
From business scoping to deployment, I cover the whole chain, alone, never in a black box. You follow progress on Notion or Jira in real time, we hold a weekly check-in, documentation is delivered as we go, and the code is yours from signing — you can take the wheel with another team at any time, without renegotiating anything.
03
What I won’t do
A project has a beginning. And an end.
I don’t start until the scope is set. I refuse to drag my clients into endless technical debt. When we sign, we know what we’re delivering, how long it takes, and what it costs. If you want to go further after delivery, we start a fresh follow-up project — not a vague extension. You always walk away with a working product that delivers value, from the very first milestone.
Bordeaux · KEDGE Bachelor (accredited via prior experience, 2025) · Déclics Jeunes winner, Fondation de France · 2 ERPs in production
The stack choice depends on the project. I always start by framing the problem, never by imposing a tool.
Only worth reading if you’re technical. If you’re not a developer, this section won’t mean much to you — it’s just here to show your IT team that the house is solid. What matters for you: everything is modern, fast, and handled end to end by me.
I work alone on the vast majority of projects — that’s my edge: zero coordination cost, fast decisions, consistent quality. For engagements whose scope runs past 6 months, I can bring in a second developer to help. I can also slot into an existing tech team — I’ve done it before; I adapt to your processes and your tools.
What’s the contract setup? And what if it goes wrong?
A fixed price milestoned across 4 deliverables. Each approved milestone triggers the matching payment. You can stop at any point after a delivered milestone — no penalty, no obligation to continue. The GitHub repo is yours from signing, with read access for your team if you want it. Another developer can take over at any time thanks to the architecture docs delivered continuously.
Confidentiality and NDA — how do you handle it?
An NDA signed before the first technical brief if you want one. Client data is never shared (Supabase EU, strict Postgres RLS, encrypted Vercel secrets). Private repo, access only for the people named in the contract. No client data is ever used to train my AI tools.
Why not an off-the-shelf ERP (Salesforce, Odoo, Monday)?
Off-the-shelf ERPs are designed for 80% of cases. If your business processes are the remaining 20%, you’ll spend more time forcing them to fit than actually using them. A custom ERP only makes sense if your business has a real specificity. I say it honestly during scoping: if Odoo or HubSpot covers 90% of your need, I’ll tell you and I won’t take the project.
What does a custom ERP really cost?
From €25k (excl. VAT); most complete business ERPs land between €35k and €80k (excl. VAT) depending on complexity. Compared with an off-the-shelf ERP (Salesforce + add-ons = €30k–80k/year, recurring), the return on investment lands in 12-18 months.
Who owns the code at the end of the project?
The code is 100% yours. Private GitHub repo, rights assigned by contract, documentation handed over. You can take maintenance in-house or to another developer at any time.
What if I just want to test you on a small project?
The MVP Sprint (from €8k excl. VAT) is built for exactly that. 4 to 5 weeks, tight scope, a concrete delivery. It’s my most common entry point.
What happens once the project is delivered?
A bug-fixing warranty included for 6 months after delivery. Beyond that, two options depending on your need: a Care Pack (regular presence in days per month, ideal for the first 6 months post-launch) or a fixed price for new features, which I quote case by case. Since the code is yours, you can also take the wheel with your team or another developer at any time.
Do you work abroad?
Mainly France and the French-speaking world. I can work remotely in English when the engagement warrants it. For full engagements (ERP), I prefer French-speaking clients for the quality of the scoping conversation.
